The Author

I was a little girl when I ran away from home and left a note that read: 'I'm next door.' In retrospect, I've had the passion for reading and writing stories since early childhood. I’m an author first and a blogger second. I started blogging to introduce The Big Bad Rain Monster, a children’s story that I wrote. After the book was launched, I got carried away with blogging. I guess you could say that I have the blogger bug. I blog about whatever – my book, of course; writing and the writer’s life; living in The Bahamas and The Hamptons; beaches; shelling; dogs; children; organics; and whatever strikes me at the time. I am a true-true New Yorker, but currently live in The Bahamas and frequent my hometown in the Hamptons. You can catch me on the beaches collecting shells and walking my two doggies.
